Aldo Seoane, a Cowboy and Indian Alliance member and co-director of Wica Agli, was invited on to The Rachel Maddow Show on Monday to speak about the efforts of the Great Sioux Nation to prevent KXL from crossing tribal lands, and the recent declaration from the Rosebud Sioux Tribe calling the passage of a Keystone XL bill by Congress an act of war. Aldo was also among the organizers of a protest outside of pro-KXL Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu’s house in Washington, D.C. on Monday.
