The Nebraska Public Service Commission will announce its decision on TransCanada’s permit application to build the Keystone XL pipeline on Monday, Nov. 20th during its regularly scheduled weekly meeting in Lincoln. Doors will be open to the public at 9:30 a.m., and the meeting will begin at 10 a.m.
