Update, 11/12: Over 100 Nebraskans came to the photo shoots or sent us pictures. You can see them on Facebook or Flickr. We are using these photos to send to the President and will also use them around a national rally outside the White House on Nov. 18th.

You do not need to be in DC for the event on Nov. 18th, you can join online. Take the pledge to stand in the way of KXL.

The day after the election, we will come together in the Sandhills of Nebraska (O’Neill at Carney Park) and in Lincoln (Farmers Union office) to take a picture telling President Obama we need him to deny TransCanada’s pipeline permit (again).

You can bring homemade signs but we will also have a bunch of signs with a clear message to President Obama, the one person who can stop this pipeline.

O’Neill location:
Meet us in the rodeo ring at Carney Park in O’Neill, http://www.cityofoneill.com/carneypark.htm

Lincoln location:
Meet us at the Farmers Union Office, 1305 Plum Street, Lincoln

We will start to gather at 3:30pm and take the pic about 4:30pm.

If you can not be in Lincoln or O’Neill make a sign and take a pic on your porch and post it to the Bold FB wall.

Here is just one of the signs we will have at the Lincoln and O’Neill locations!
