JOIN US to stand with the farmers and ranchers who stood up to TransCanada’s eminent domain and Keystone XL pipeline in court, as they petition a judge to compel TransCanada to pay all their legal costs.
A judge in Holt County recently ordered TransCanada to pay $8,844.21 to each KXL landowner-plaintiff, and now we’re standing with landowners in York and other counties to make sure they are reimbursed as well.
