Bold Nebraska on Monday joined other official intervenors in filing a motion to dismiss TransCanada’s permit recertification process currently before the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission.
Along with Bold Nebraska — and individual Nebraskans including Cindy Myers, Diana & Terry Steskal, Art Tanderup, Carolyn Smith, Bonnie Kilmurry, Tom Genung, Terry and Cheryl Frisch who participated in the process — the motion was also joined by fellow intervenors Indigenous Environmental Network, the Rosebud Sioux Tribe, Yankton Sioux Tribe, Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe and Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
