The Rosebud Sioux Tribal Utility Commission will hold a public hearing on the proposed Keystone XL pipeline on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 28-29, 2019 at the St. Francis Indian School gym in St. Francis, S.D. The hearing is open to all members of the public to provide testimony, both Native and non-Native.

The hearings will run from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day, and refreshments and lunch will be provided.
