NEAT is organizing landowners in the pipeline route to join together on contract terms. Citizens can also be part of this effort that are not in the route. It will be an informational session on the pipeline with Ben and others on the N.E.A.T. team answering questions and giving folks more info on how N.E.A.T. can help protect landowners.
