Citizens in Holt County, Nebraska petitioned the county board to voice opposition to TransCanada’s proposed Keystone XL pipeline — in response to the Nebraska Public Service Commission’s public solicitation of opinions from counties where the pipeline would pass.
The Holt County board originally passed the resolution below on April 30, 2013, and on June 23 agreed to re-submit their unanimous vote to oppose Keystone XL.
